Coquina Key is populated by a mixture of single-family homes and condos. Single-family homes make up a little less than half of the properties. Downtown St. Petersburg is only about 4 miles north and a minute ride traffic permitting. Downtown is the mecca of culture and dining in the Pinellas County area. Enjoy easy access to a wide variety of museums, theater groups, and great local dining areas located downtown.

St Pete Beach and Pass-A-Grille

St. Pete Beach is just 8 miles west of Coquina Key. It has consistently been rated one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Just south of St. Pete Beach is Pass-A-Grille Beach. It is a big favorite with locals and a really special place. It is very laid-back with a lot less tourism than Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach.
