"This quick video is about a little unsung hero that's off the beaten path, just a tad it's called Envoy Point. This is a great two-building complex that you don't want to miss if there are units available in it.
There are two towers in this wonderful gated community. One is a West facing and one is kind of a Northwest facing. So you have the best of two worlds. The West facing is beachfront facing out toward the Gulf. The other one faces toward the Gulf and up the Intracoastal. So you have great nighttime views. You have the activity of all the boats coming down. If you look at straight across toward Treasure Island, Lands End area, the best part about the East building is you get to watch the sea life as they come through the cut right there, watch the dolphins playing in the morning, fishing, the birds, it's a pretty cool place.
Both of the towers have a heated pool with water views. There is a place called the Secret Garden in this place, and it is a lovely little area that the homeowners maintain. It's right outside the gate, heading toward the beach. And it's a great little place to rest a moment and enjoy nature. It is got little benches along the way. And then that little path carries you right out to the beach where you are at the cut and the beautiful sandy beaches. The nice thing is Envoy Point is at the very end. So generally the only people they are, are the ones that live in Envoy Point.
Envoy Point has fitness centers. There is a three-month rental minimum, so it's a little harder to make that "in and out" cash that you would on short-term rentals. There are no pets allowed other than service dogs.
One of the great things about this community is right outside the gate is two wonderful restaurants. The Oyster Shucker and Woody's. Woody's has some of the best fish bread you'll find and it's sitting right on the water. If you want a little dance music, a little fun at night, right next door to that, it's the Toasted Monkey. So if those aren't your tastes just go one block up to Gulf Boulevard, and then there are dozens of restaurants that would fit your needs.
Enjoy the beach and the setting at Envoy Point!
