The Harbor is the first residence to be developed in the newly approved and under construction Madeira Beach Town Center. The Town Center project will also include two new hotels, parks and recreational areas, boutique shops, restaurants, and more.
The Harbor at Town Center condos will be on 4 residential floors with 8 different floor plan options. The northern-facing units will have waterfront harbor views, and the south-facing units will have island views. Plans range from 2 bedroom 2 baths layouts with 1,200 sq ft of living area up to 3 bedrooms 3 baths plans with a den and about 2,100 square feet. The units will be condominium residences (not condo hotels) so homestead exemption is possible if you meet Florida residency requirements.
The Harbor Condos at Town Center are pet-friendly allowing up to 2 domestic breeds with no weight limits which is very unusual or our beach areas. There are plans for a pet wash station for your pups. The units allow for 2-week rentals for those looking to derive rental income while away.
The lower floors of the Town Center Complex will include 2 world-class resorts, a 43 slip world-class marina, 45,000 sq. ft. of retail shops, restaurants, bistros, entertainment venues, and parks. Or enjoy the outdoors, and lounge at the resort-style community pool, or relax fishing on one of the docks.
A one-year Cambria club membership is included which allows unit owners and guests to access the neighboring Cambria resort and associated amenities like restaurants, bar, rooftop pool bar, room service delivery to your condo, and discounts on rooms for your guests. What's Nearby
Besides all the great things planned for Town Center, there are lots of existing things to do nearby. First, there is the beach, just a short half-mile walk, bike ride, or drive to the west along 150th Avenue. This is a beautiful stretch of Madeira Beach. We prefer to walk north along the beach as it is less crowded in that direction. It's not fancy, but the Madeira Snack Shack is right off 150th. It's right on the beach and a great place to have a casual bite to eat or enjoy a cold beer or cocktail. Watch the sunset and listen to live entertainment.
Dockside Dave's is a popular seafood place the locals just love. Great seafood at reasonable prices is served in a very casual environment. The Mad Beach Fish House in another popular seafood restaurant and Thai-Am #2 is a great choice if you want something a little different. We hardly ever go to McDonald's, but the McDonalds just across the Intracoastal off of Tom Stuart is an exception. There are waterfront views inside, but it's even better if you sit outside on the waterfront deck. There is a large dock, and you'll see all kinds of boats docking up and travelers coming ashore. We've also often seen dolphins cruising up and down the Intracoastal.
The City of Madeira Beach also has a wonderful recreation center just across the channel to the north. Enjoy the ball fields, and dog park. If you have children or grandchildren, the splash pad right on the water is a must.
