Development started in the 1920s and was mostly completed by the 1960s. So this is an established neighborhood with lush landscapes and mature trees. The homes are a mixture of mostly 2, 3, and 4 bedroom configurations ranging in size from 800 sq ft to about 3,000 sq ft. Since this is so close to the water, flood insurance is usually required.
