  • Wants to be a high performing buyer agent as part of a growing established team.

  • Is very motivated, energetic, and loves real estate.

  • Is hardworking and dedicated and willing to close at least two transactions per month.

  • Has high standards and integrity.

  • Has an intimate knowledge of an area within the four-county Greater Tampa Bay area (Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, or Hernando). Can talk with prospects and buyers about area restaurants, shopping, events, things to do, etc. Will be viewed as a local expert as well as a real estate professional.

  • Is willing to learn and adopt a best-practice approach to real estate.

  • Likes working with the public. Has the ability to deal with a wide variety of personality types.

  • Has the patience to build trust and rapport with buyers through hard work and knowledge of the area and real estate concepts. Does not operate as “that pushy real-estate agent” out for a quick sale.

  • Wants to work with a team of highly motivated people.

  • Extensive real estate experience is not required, but the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a history of excellence in school or prior work experience.
