People often ask us to compare the markets compare for beachfront condos for sale in Florida.

So we pulled market numbers for beachfront condo sales for Florida Gulf Coast condos sold in 2021 for three popular markets: Clearwater Beach, St Pete Beach, Longboat Key, and Siesta Key. All of these areas have beautiful oceanfront condos for sale in Florida.

Below are the unit sales for beachfront condos in each market. As you can see on the top line of the graph, Longboat Key consistently has the most sales of beachfront condos for any beach in the nearby area.

Based on ten-year data, Longboat Key consistently had the highest number of beachfront condo sales followed by Siesta Key. Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach were about tied for the next spot.

As shown below, Longboat Key also had the highest average price for beachfront condos over recent years. Clearwater Beach and Siesta Key have traded places over the past few years, and St Pete Beach consistently had the lowest prices.
