We've had a lot of inquiries about property values here in Pinellas County. So we decided to pull statistics on the sales trends for the last 10 years. 

Below is the average price trend for residential properties in Pinellas County for the past 10 years. The bar for 2020 is as of August 27, 2020. While we can't predict the future, historically, sales prices in Florida have increased over time. Florida is known for its great weather, beaches, theme parks, fun things to do, absence of a state tax which has led to a consistent influx of residents

Tampa Bay Area Market Update June 2020

The Market is Hot!

For the Second Quarter of 2020, the average Continuous Days on Market (CDOM) for the greater Tampa Bay area was a very short 30 days. What that means is from the time the property was first listed to when it went under contract, was only 30 days.

For the Second Quarter, the Sale Price was a record high 99% of the current Listing Price in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This is a 10-year record high.
