More Information About Town Shores Of Gulfport
This 55+ community consists of eighteen Building Associations, one Master Association, and 1,327 individual condo units. The condos include one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans. The community is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of and elected by the Town Shores of Gulfport's Master Association. There are various committees that provide support to Board functions and community activities. Additionally, each of the builds is governed by its own board of directors.
For your protection, there is onsite security. The clubhouse houses various activities like an arts and crafts room, poker room, billiard room, game room, library, multipurpose room, conference room, an exercise room, saunas. There is also an auditorium/ballroom, a lounge, and a catering kitchen. The deck area of the clubhouse swimming pool offers relaxing views of the Boca Ciega Bay. For your convenience, there are four shimmering swimming pools in the community.
Outside, enjoy the grilling stations, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard courts. There are also docks on Boca Ciega providing space for 40 boats and even a kayak launch! Or just relax in the sitting areas and enjoy the water views of Boca Ciega Bay. Or fish or just take a stroll along thousands of feet of seawall.

Location
The community is located on the shores of Boca Ciega Bay on the southern end of Gulfport. It is just east of the single-family homes of Skimmer Point and the Pasadena Yacht and Country Club Communities.
What's Nearby
The Gulfport Beach and parks, restaurants, bars, and more are just a half-mile east along Shore Blvd. The Gulfport fresh market is a half-mile east and the Municipal Marina is just a mile away.
There are lots of shops and restaurants on Shore Blvd S and Beach Blvd S just east of the community. Gulfport is one of the art centers of Pinellas County with a resident population of amazing artists. You'll want to be sure to catch the Gulfport Art Walk on the first Friday and third Saturday of every month at 6:00 pm. Beach Blvd comes alive with artists, musicians, and great food for the popular Gulfport Art Walks.
One of our favorite restaurants in all of Pinellas County is O'Maddy's Bar & Grill. This fun and unique restaurant and bar is just a half-mile east of Town Shore on Shore Blvd S. Enjoy overlooking the waters of Boca Ciega Bay as you dine and have the beverage of your choice. They have a wonderful variety on their menu with lots of appetizers, sandwiches, and seafood selections. They have a great selection of wines, beer on tap, bottled beer, unique tropical-themed drinks and more. There is great entertainment and it is just a really fun place to go.
