Clearwater Beach - See Condos | See Homes
This is one of the most well know communities in Pinellas County. It's a popular place to visit but it's also a great place to live. The Clearwater Beach homes are on the norther end of the island and the condos are along the beaches, the Intracoastal Waterway and Clearwater Pass. Condos offer low maintenance living and lots of amenities. Some of the most popular beach condos are Mandalay Beach Club, Regatta Beach Club, and Sandpearl.
Sand Key - See Condos | See Homes
Sand Key is just south of Clearwater Beach and runs for about three miles from Clearwater Pass south to Belleair Beach. If you want to be on a beautiful beach or a waterfront condo Sand Key is a great choice. You have easy access to Clearwater Beach when you want it but avoid the day-to-day traffic. Some of the most popular beachfront condos are The Grande, Dans Island, Landmark Towers, Lighthouse Towers, the Meridian, and Ultimar. Bayside Gardens is a popular waterfront condo/townhome on the Intracoastal for dog lovers who need a pet friendly environment.
Indian Rocks Beach - See Condos | See Homes
Indian Rocks Beach is just south of Sand Key between the Belleair Causeway and north of Walsingham Road. Locals love the "old Florida" look and feel of Indian Rocks Beach and it is know locally as IRB. There is a mix of condos, townhomes, villas and single family homes. JD's Restaurant is one of our favorite breakfast spots where you can have a great breakfast and watch the boats go by on the Intracoastal -- gotta love Florida living!
Redington Beach - See Condos | See Homes
Redington Beach, North Redington Beach, and Redington Shores are also "old Florida" located just north of Madeira Beach and the Tom Stewart Causeway. The Tides, La Contessa and La Vistana are popular beachfront condos on Redington Beach.
Madeira Beach - See Condos | See Homes
Madeira Beach is located just north of popular Johns Pass and Treasure Island. The real estate for sale on Madeira Beach is about an equal mixture of single family homes and condos. The area is affectionately known to locals as "Mad Beach". Years ago, Johns Pass was a fishing village located on one of the major channels that connects the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. It is now one of Pinellas County's major tourist attractions. Yes, tourists love it, but it is also a hang out for locals with wonderful waterfront bars and restaurants, and lots to see and do. Some of the most popular condo on Madeira Beach are The Beach Club of Madeira, Madeira Beach Yacht Club, the Sereno, Snug Harbor, and Surfside.
Treasure Island - See Condos | See Homes
Treasure Island is located just south of Maderia Beach and Johns Pass and north of St Pete Beach. According to Wikipedia, Treasure Island got its name in a very unusual way. In an effort to boost property resale values, property owners pretended to discover wooden treasure chests on the beach in the early 1900s. The news of these "treasure" discoveries spread, and people started calling the beach Treasure Island. Most of the condos for sale have waterfront views and many of the single family homes for sale are also waterfront.
St Pete Beach - See Condos | See Homes
St Pete Beach was originally know as St Petersburg Beach. In the late 1950's residents voted to officially change the name to St Pete Beach to distinguish it from the city of St Petersburg. The Don CeSar is one of the local landmarks on St Pete Beach. Pass-A-Grill Beach is at the southern tip of St Pete Beach. To us it is the perfect "old Florida" beach and a "must see" for the area. Have dinner or snacks at Hurricane Seafood or the Brass Monkey and enjoy watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico.
